"We loved the location. Don quijote and Uniqlo are right next to the building. Area is very vibrant and happening. Semsoji temple is very very near. We felt that room was too small for a family of 3. Double bed what they claim is big enough for 3 and it is clearly not. "

"This is my fourth time in Tokyo and first time staying in Ueno. Tosei Hotel Cocone Ueno Okachimachi was at a very good location, close to the JR line which made travel with 3 younger children just that bit more easy. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and accommodating to our needs. The only drawback was the washing/drying machines that always seemed to be busy, but you can check on their status through the website. The room we stayed in was clean and comfortable. We will stay again. "

"Very good hotel. Love the public baths. They have a lot of travel items available for guests. Clothes washers include detergent. Nice to not having to buy detergent. Staffs were helpful and can speak English. Rooms were a little small. Rooms were clean. The temperature of the hotel was comfortable. "
