"We had a great stay here, beds were comfortable, appreciated the welcome drink. Had breakfast in the hotel one morning and that was great too. Easy to get around, close to tube stations. Good pubs in the area. Would stay again, or try one of their other properties!"

"I really loved the location of this hotel. It was directly by the underground. They even offered storage luggage while we were waiting to leave the city. There are several small restaurants arounds for coffee and snacks. The beds were firm which is my preference!"

"Absolutely loved our stay, the distance to Paddington is what sold it for us. Loved having our own extra space with the ‘living room/kitchen’ area. Staff were so welcoming, smiles whenever we came downstairs. It makes a difference. "

"This is an airport hotel, so not very exciting but the sheets were good, towels fluffy & plenty of hot water. However, the dining options are very expensive as they know you can’t go elsewhere "

"Had issue with heating in room, maintenance came straight away and also a portable heat brought to room. Very friendly and pleasant staff. Was just an overnight stay but will come back for longer Hotel great value for monay paid and in a very nice safe area."
