"So the overall stay was pretty good and was impressed with there cleanliness and front desk staff. The only issue we had was that room was very warm and only had a fan to use for keeping us cool. But opening the windows helped immensely so wasn't really much of an issue after that!! We will definitely be coming back to Chelsea Cloisters and highly recommend them to anyone staying in the South Kensington area!!"

He was tall and slender with a beard and very attractive. I might say. He took our pictures when we asked even Lois his umbrella for the full day. He was so accommodating and so helpful.
