"It hurts to give middling ratings. The staff and mgmt were friendly and helpful (eg, they gave me a room close to the reception check-in, they provided transport to the train station when no other option was available). The problem is while the crew might be good they need to run a tighter ship, The property is showing its age, it’s up the hill from the town and is oriented to large groups. As a solo, shoulder season guest, we, the few, are lost in the cracks of pre-season prep. "

"We had rented the apartment and it was very nice, clean and cosy. Fortunately we did not have to cook nor eat onsite because it is really not equipped to do any kind of cooking. Maybe a trashcan in the kitchen could be useful also? Beyond this, the breakfast was nice and staff very friendly. We had just a big issue when checking out where they wanted us to pay 179 EUR for cleaning and other fees... it was 99 80 and I did not understand what it was for. I showed them that we had already paid...

"Oh my word! Amazing, I Booked this property only because of its location. From the lobby displaying vintage vehicles, and antiques, as well as local artisan creations. To the grounds that were immaculately maintained. Entering the room itself was also an experience, very modern, very simple, very elegant. "Lovely hotel and good value off season as limited facilities available. It was great as it was nice and quiet. Beautiful sea views and location. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. Just a couple of disappointments - the balcony had a very high front so when you sat down you couldn’t see the view! "It was absolutely gorgeous. Was our third trip to the Puglia area, and to discover a place like this … lovely, modern and with immaculate pools was such a treat. "Really great spot that epitomizes the south west of Puglia. Lovely old buildings that have been renovated. Great pool. Unfortunately this was out of action the day we wanted to use it, but I still had a dip in the bambino pool! Horses surround the property too, so day hello. Great, grand main building too, with a lovely Edra lounge in the entrance, and frescos all throughout. Definitely worth a stay!"

"Property area was comfortable. Quite few amenities. Food was accurate, quality was ok. Did not like that on the rate was not enclosed the place on beach. That had to be settled as extra. And for an hotel on the sea this is quite odd. Missing baby-club and music. Only piano-bar music, the siger was very nice. But it could have been better if could offer different kind of entertinement. "
