"Went above and beyond to make our stay really enjoyable. Staff were so friendly. Room was clean and beds comfortable. During our stay we had a lovely walk around the gardens with beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. We enjoyed a very tasty 3 course meal on the evening and breakfast was great. Would highly recommend and will certainly be visiting again. "

"Great location, lovely surroundings, love the spa cafe and the coconut lattes! Nice big comfy bed. Things which made me reduce my star rating to good instead of excellent: I’ve stayed with you a total of twelve nights this month due to my best friend have terminal illness and then passing away, so my summary of things to improve have been things I’ve consistently found on each stay: Pillows a bit flat, no room bar fridge, room service didn’t answer on two of my stays. Not a great range of food...

"Beautiful and spacious room with lovely colours, stylish paintings and peacocks view. One of the best spas I've been to with outdoor heated pool and gorgeous cafe. Elegant restaurant, luxurious staircase with paintings, grand exterior of the building and lovely landscapes."

"Excellent location, great facilities - was lovely to have a fridge in the room. The staff were all fantastic and we really appreciated the reception staff giving us plates/cutlery/condiments for food in our room. Huge thanks to Anna on reception for contacting me and keeping my medication safe when I left it behind. Overall a really pleasant and enjoyable stay. Will definitely stay again if we’re in the area. "Overall we had a lovely stay, staff were very helpful and friendly. The room (11) was clean with plenty of toilet roll and body wash. No hairdryer or extra sheets/ pillows which was disappointing. And the decor could do with being updated - ripped wallpaper, stains on cushion covers."
