"Was warmly welcomed given room and paid no problems room was on ground floor no45 unfortunately the bar area was quite close and very noisy due to a builders Christmas party in full swing doing karaoke I persevered for an hour as I needed sleep I asked if I could move to another room and was instantly moved upstairs to a quiet room which was perfect So thanks for been so helpful great nights sleep good breakfast so after a iffy start it was a great stay thanks "

"The room was very cold on arrival. Once we turned the fan off the air conditioner, the room warmed up and it was better. Poor position of the unit because it blew directly down on to one side of the bed. The room lighting was dingy despite all the eco lamps around the room. Other than that it was ideal for our purposes for just two nights. Parking is not free but with a code provided by the hotel is equated to about £5 per day and was on site."
