"NH Hotels are usually very friendly and practical. I will be back to Imperial. Thank you to the staff. But at the breakfast, the staff is very noisy. They clean and take things very loudly. When the pile the plates and glasses and they talk loudly. But overall I enjoyed my stay. "

"Wonderful hotel location, with impeccable check in and initial welcome from desk staff. Elevator convenient and the roof bar was an enjoyable end to a day. We didn’t use the pool, it was too involved in the bar drinkers and blended into bar area as a water feature than for real use. Cleanliness beyond the daily room servicing needs to be addressed throughout the property including stairwells and common areas. The decor in the rooms needs refreshing. "We stayed for two nights and found it very comfortable. The room was a good size, the bathroom was clean and the balcony was huge! The pool was warm and very relaxing. You do need to pay extra for the sauna though. It’s €10/pp. The breakfast was basic but good enough to start the day. The scrambled eggs were really nice. "

"Nice hotel with a lovely big room and a great view. Very clean and modern on top floor. Breakfast good and evening meal was good value. Only down side was that on our stay they were doing renovations and there was no electricity from 10am till 4pm. But l guess it will all be fixed and hotel refurbished soon. "

"Really lovely room with beautiful furniture and top level comfort that you might expect. Great reception staff, helpful and knowledgeable. Breakfast room is a bit small for the number of guests. On some days there was plenty to choose from but on one day they had run out of bread and black pepper and some fruit! "
