"We stayed at Apartamentos Brisamar Canteras briefly in 2019 and enjoyed it very much, so returned in Sep 2024 for a longer stay. The location is fantastic, right on the beach about half way along the 3km promenade. Tons of restaurants and the beach is very well maintained. The property does need a bit of attention - we had some very sticky doors and a broken laundry rack, and the moving of chairs on marble tiles caused a lot of noise that transferred to apartments above and below (could easily...

"The apartment was just gorgeous, exactly as described. Everything in top working order and super clean. Little extras like coffee pods and extra towels were much appreciated. "Good location convenient for beach, restaurants and buses. Enjoyed our stay, but some of the furniture, bed linen etc need updating. Too much of owner's appliances etc cluttering the kitchen cupboards, so little space for food storage. No hot water in bathroom basin for whole of 4 week stay. Local agent was helpful and arranged plumber but he could not fix the problem."

"This property is well located being 2 blocks from the beach, but not too close to the noise and hubbub. Restaurants and shops are close, and there is a nice bakery a short walk away. The apartment is well laid out and efficient. We appreciated the modern AC as well. We had a minor problem with the plumbing and the hosts were helpful and quickly addressed it. We had a rental car so we also appreciated the underground parking too. We would stay here again. "
