"We were initially uncertain about booking here due to some negative online comments; however, very happy we did! it would be difficult to pristinely maintain the property as it is historic and quite large, so if you’re looking for something with every modern amenity, this is not the stay for you. "The hotel is located outside Siena but is very convenient with a bus stop 100 meters from the property that drops off in central Siena. The facility has a fantastic restaurant with full bar and an excellent breakfast service that was the best of our trip. We had car problems during our stay and the hotel was extremely helpful giving advice and providing flexibility with us staying an extra night."
