"My family and I stayed here two nights just before Christmas. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The owner offers a shuttle bus during the morning hours to Gora Station, which is very helpful for getting to Hakone ropeway. "I liked the special care given by the staff. We were well looked after & the private Onsen was great . The property is located close to a bus stop that was very useful. A Lawson’s general store is nearby. The only negative I have, and this is common for most similar accommodation, is that access is by steep narrow stairs and would be difficult for anybody with mobility problems. Would be happy to return."
