"The most lovely hotel nice and friendly staff really comfy rooms . The parking was a bit of a incase we chose as it said it has parking but the parking is walk away about ten mins and because we arrived after nine it wasn’t that pleasant walk from the car park . We could have dropped our bags first but other than that it was perfect "

"Up and coming area with lots happening,Birmingham as a whole is trying to rebuild post COVID. The motel is working hard to upgrade all facilities, so be prepared for a little noise ( but manageable). Staff were really helpful"

"The communal areas around the bar and reception area was very sleek and modern but our room was very dated. Old fashioned furnishings showing signs of age. No mirror on dressing table which made it difficult to get hair/makeup done. We were woken very early by the cleaners room next door to our room suggest getting some sound proofing done. Bar didnt sell lemonade! "
