"Most of the staff is great, especially the gentlemen at the front of the lobby. They know everything and can get you there. The rooms are cleaned daily when it's convenient for you. I never heard a knock, even when I slept in. You just come home and everything is refreshed. The refrigerators in the rooms either don't work or work poorly. They have Unity signs all over, but not one purchase in the Rock Shop or Café took accepted my Unity card. They explain that they expect you to go online...
