"We booked this apartment for a total of 5 nights. They can probably improve the property’s apartments by investing a little on some furniture or deep clean chairs and sofa. Also, I would suggest to offer all guests cleaning services for an additional charge in the property. It would’ve been nice to have someone coming to clean the apartment for us. I would highly suggest this place to stay with no high expectations but normal to non expectations. I would also suggest to wear earplugs at night...

"We liked the location. It’s close to where we wanted to be. The check in was a little dramatic because the property doesn’t have a lobby or a front desk. The unit we had was great. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen and the shower are all well equipped. We would definitely come back. Thanks! "

"Property was in a great, central location, easy access to late night eats. The apartment was really nice, modern, and clean. The beds are not super comfortable, as the sheets are too thin/papery and the pillows are too high/hard. Other than that, we had an easy experience with accessing the door and checking in and out. "

"Property was clean and quiet, it rained a bit for a day or two and rooms were a little chilly no blanket’s available for use. Towels to shower were a few and no extras available. Sent a message to host about a few small roaches and no reply was sent back. Notified cleaning personnel and they stated they would send message until now I have not received a reply. It’s convenient to get around the place was clean and plenty of area to rest and work. WiFi was spotty and slow. "

"Had to contact the property to gain access in to the apartment. The guards seemed lost. When we finally received the code to go into the apartment the first thing we noticed was that the although there were air conditioners the remotes were missing so we had to contact the property again to which they replied the next day and had a remote brought over. Overall very nice. Cozy place to stay. "

"The place and location are amazing for the price, but we did have a few suggestions. It would have been nice if they had 2 sets of keys since we were 2 couples staying in the place. Everything in the apartment is lovely, but worn. The carpet has some stains and the wood furniture and cabinets has water rings and marks. Towels and bedding felt old and worn. Updating these things would make the place feel fresher. Overall we had a wonderful stay and the location is amazing. "

"A wonderful place to stay, right in the middle of everything there. The apartment is on the second floor and very quiet. Overall it was exactly the place that we were looking for and an excellent stay!"

"Returning to Guadalajara and to Pitaya was truly a wonderful experience for us. Pitaya is right at the center and within walking distance from many historical landmarks in town. It’s an old building very well kept . Communication with Susana is immediate and she’s available to solve any issues at a moment’s notice. We’ll be returning to Pitaya soon!"

"From the moment I arrived, I was warmly greeted by the staff who made checking in an absolute breeze. The bungalow itself is absolutely stunning!! My room was spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, offering a peaceful night's sleep after a long day of sightseeing. "The staff was excellent - particularly Jaime the concierge. He was helpful, courteous and knowledgeable and attended to all of our needs. We had a really great stay! A couple of minor items that ought to be attended to - the restaurant is really slow - not sure if its the front of house or back of house but breakfast took entirely too long and I'm not just saying that as an impatient American. We're talking over an hour for coffee and yogurt. They need to step up their game. Hot tub isn't hot but it wasn't hot at the other 5-star hotel I stayed at in GDL so maybe it's an energy issue. The gym is fairly basic - needs free weights and stretching mats. A portion of it should be padded. Some of the machines made funky noises when you used them - a maintenance issue. Overall, we really had a spectacular stay and would come back."
