"The hotel was clean and staff were friendly. In November 2024 it was still undergoing renovations which made it noisy during the day and much equipment and fences outside the building. The breakfast is good. Great for cruise ship passengers but don't try to walk to the dock, take a taxi."

"Loved the rooms, though the shower fitting was a bit loose and the rainfall shower went over the top of the shower cubicle making the floor wet. The bed was a bit uncomfortable but that's my preference for a soft mattress. But it was very clean and a sociable hub of activities - just a shame it's in the middle of nowhere we had to get cabs everywhere "

Only reason why it scored low on facilities was because of the planned refurbishment of the pool area, which we knew about after booking but didn’t put us off. "This stay was for my husbands 30th birthday I had arranged the room was beautiful with lots of added extras . We had a wonderful dinner in the conservatory. Angel was our server and he was incredible and his suggestion was incredible and he was very knowledgeable. The room pool area everything was perfect and we really did feel very pampered.
