"A very well maintained property . We were surprised and delighted when we arrived to find the spacious living area on the first floor. It was light and airy and a pleasure to relax and chill out in . There was every appliance you could need to make your stay easy and comfortable. We liked the fact eco friendly soaps etc were there to use .Lovely welcome gift and Mel was very kind about cleaning up before leaving . "Good communication in advance of arrival, though more clarity on parking may have helped. Unit next to ours had a very loud barking dog which woke us up on a Sunday at 7am unfortunately… and triggered our dog to bark. The walls are quite thin for noise to travel in/out. Aside from that, it was a really great studio with all one would need! It is on a working farm but whilst that means potential activity outside the door, it also means great green-space and farm animals to enjoy as well!!"

"We had a great stay at this property in Everton. It was spacious, clean and well equipped. The garden was a lovely bonus for our little one to play outside. It is a good central location in the New Forest if you have a car to get around. Nearby places that were close to travel to include Christchurch, Lymington, Brockenhurst and Lyndhurst."
