"I did a solo trip for my 30th birthday & I stayed at Riu Baja California. My stay was beyond amazing. The staff was so kind and courteous… it’s someone cleaning nonstop everywhere you go, so very clean! Food was amazing, beautiful views, great weather all week. My overall experience was a 10/10! Would definitely visit again!"

"Beautiful location. Gardens were gorgeous. Pools were beautiful. Appreciated the upgrade to a suite. There were a couple issues. A shower door handle was loose, 3-4 of the outdoor jacuzzi jets did not work. Staff very responsive. Room service fast! Need more personnel serving at pool. Restaurants were wonderful. "

"Without any doubt the best All Inclusive I’ve been to and we have been to at least 20 AI over the years. The room, the food , the staff and the entertainment team are six stars not five stars. I’d like to mention Kelly at the front desk, Israel at Casa Cortez, Aurelia at the buffet and many more !!! Fernanda Maria the captain of the dance ( entertainment) team is a superstar !!! "The staff, waiters and personal service is exceptional. The clientele likewise is amiable and well behaved. Special activities and programs were enlightening and fun. We would go back in a heart beat. We think that the location and views are among the best in the Cabo area. Environment and the proximity of the Hyatt Vacation Club to the Cabo and San Jose del Cabo is greatly enhanced if you rent a car. Friendly/Clean/Safe/Beautiful/"
