"The staff were wonderful and very helpful with all of our questions. They were polite and went of their way to be helpful and offered any assistance that we needed. The room was comfortable and quite big. We just had to be careful getting in and out of the bathtub! We loved the fact that the hotel was close to Lake Lucerne, restaurants, train station, and the surrounding area. Thanks for making our stay in Lucerne and Switzerland so special."
