"The staff were excellent and very helpful. The rooms need refurbishing and bringing up to a good standard. Only 2 out of 3 lifts working, and you had to wait awhile for the lift. Pool on roof very small and only a few sunbeds. Always taken early. The beach is a good 30 minute walk."

"The hotel is located about a 5 minute walk from Santa Catalina bus station, which is a great way of getting to/from other parts of the island. The area around the elevator on the 14th floor smelled of dampness and mold but there was a sign indicating that they were resolving an issue. Aside from that the hotel and the room were very clean. The room was a good size and had a balcony with an amazing view of the city and the ocean. The fitness centre was small but had enough equipment to work with."

"Very nice hotel, stayed in the family room which had plenty of room. We went all inclusive which had a good choice of food, if you didn’t go all inclusive you would struggle to find many restaurants in the San Agustin area you would need to go further afield "

"This hotel is in a great location, very central and close to lots of restaurants & shops. It's literally less than a minute's walk to the beach and promenade and not too far from the main bus station. There's also a large shopping mall about ten minutes walk away at the harbour. The rooms themselves are clean and large, a bit dated but comfortable nonetheless. The swimming pool doesn't look as grand as in the photo if that's important for you. "Rooms good size, top floor terrace was super relaxing place to sit and read with a bar , pool was really just a large jacuzzi- very poorly portrays on web site , great location, tv services poor shower excellent "

"A gorgeous property with great staff, a lovely breakfast, pool is very small, the worst thing about the stay was the noise outside your room from 9-1 on out last night screaming drunk people until 5am the worst part is the windows are awful and don’t cut any noise out we thought they were open on our first night. They are heavy double glazed window but don’t seal so don’t cut any noise what so ever out. We were in room 202 "
