"Love the area Meloneras, been lots of times. Hotel was nice & liked our swim-up pool. However for us the hotel was too big & impersonal. No small cozy quiet areas. Limited wine choice "

"The hotel was very clean and tidy. The safe were all so polite and knowledgeable in their area of work. The food was plentiful and enjoyable. Only one criticism is that some of the food wasn't hot enough for my liking but if you ask staff they would warm it. I need a gluten free diet and the staff where so helpful. Fabulous idea to have an app so we could order what we wanted. So much to choose from. I would definitely return to the resort and recommend the hotel."

"This hotel offers a fair value for money option in Maspalomas. Our room was spacious and clean, common spaces were very pleasant and the pool was great. When reserving it's worth bearing in mind that the hotel is quite far from anything else - if you don't have a car then taxis (which are widely available and cheap) will be needed to get to almost anything, including to get to the beach. "It was my birthday we booked away for a couple of days. Really liked the hotel very surprised - would book another break at this hotel. I do feel the hotel could have celebrated my birthday. Location of hotel was very good. I do think more information is needed for quests around all inclusive. Bars are confusing about why to order & there can be a language barrier. Hotel had loads of seating areas which was fantastic. I would have liked the balcony doors to have a lock they didn't also missed...
