The staff were all fantastic and we really appreciated the reception staff giving us plates/cutlery/condiments for food in our room. "Overall we had a lovely stay, staff were very helpful and friendly. The room (11) was clean with plenty of toilet roll and body wash. No hairdryer or extra sheets/ pillows which was disappointing. And the decor could do with being updated - ripped wallpaper, stains on cushion covers."
