"Only 4 starts because when ordering rooms service, the food for horrid. I order the tator tots with all the toppings and I was missing several toppings, and the food came late and cold. The next morning I ordered fench toast for my girls, and the french toast was way under cooked and extra soggy. "

"All things considered to be excellent, there’s no longer a shuttle service which was one of the amenities on Hotels.com. Valet service was expensive compared to other downtown hotels I’ve stayed in."

"The owner is really nice! My room, bathroom, kitchen, dining and the entire house is very clean! I was a little nervous when I arrived in front of the door but she gave me a warm welcome! Free bottled water in the refrigerator, k-cup coffee and microwave were so useful for me! It’s 5 mins away from the Convention Center by car so that the area was pretty quiet. There’s no shops around the property but other than that, I really enjoyed relaxing!"
