"Our stay started out great. In the morning, we discovered the heat and hot water were out. The manager apologized and said someone was coming to fix the issue. It was a whole building problem. We ended up getting our room for one more night at a discount. After finding out we were gonna be in the area for another week (hospital stay) we ended up going back to the hotel and getting a room for the whole week! The desk clerks were amazing! "My husband and I stayed at this property the night before we both flew off to separate coasts for work. For some reason, it was just perfect. We took a swim in the pool under the soft glowing light outside, ate dinner in the restaurant and slept soundly snuggled together. The staff was nice, the accommodations, while slightly dated, were decent and we left giggling and eager to see one another in a few weeks. Thanks, Hilton. "

"I always enjoy staying at the Elms. I noticed where we stayed was extremely loud. You could hear every door shut and every conversation as people walked down the hall from inside the room. We lost water pressure on all three mornings. No water was coming out of the faucet or out of the shower. "
