"Our check-in was very much appreciated on how well we were treated after a questionable taxi ride. Do not trust the taxis at the airport. We had trouble reserving the shuttle from the airport to the hotel only because we did not have a contact telephone number to provide them.The desk clerk went out of her way to welcome and accommodate us. "This is a great hotel with a fun rooftop bar and pool; a full wonderful spa (my favorite!) which has sauna, steam room, warm pool, and great treatments. Location is also fantastic! My review is a 4 because room service is restricted to same breakfast buffet option for like $20. No option for just buying a coffee and an egg for example. We were upgraded to superior room and it was large and comfortable as was bathroom although shower was over the bath. "Really great, modern hotel. Room was big with a great bathroom and roomy shower. Excellent location for walking around Providencia. Staff were all very helpful. Breakfast, restaurant and bar are recommended too."

"Staff were welcoming and friendly. Quiet safe location. However, I had to ask three times about my complimentary bottle of wine - which was a 350ml size. The bathroom could use an upgrade as it is showing its age. The living room has no tv which means we had to sit on the bad to do work or watch TV making the living room redundant.
