"Customer service especially in the food are. (Breakfast morning). Cleanliness although there are days that there was no service room attendant. I didn’t like there’s one day, I had been waiting in customer service but they are not paying attention to the Guest. Until one down attendant noticed me and assisted me to the other side of the service desk (concierge) to help me out. But overall, it’s still a great Hotel where I can see myself to stay in the near future."

The porter who worked the other shift was also wonderfully kind and helpful but Ive forgotten his name. The hitel is right in Chinatown and you can walk to most of the malls and restaurants. "This was a quick trip and first visit for hubby to the Philippines. Seda Manila Bay services and staff were all exceptional, always friendly and accommodating. Staff was very responsive to my husband's medical needs and ensured he was immediately treated by professionals. The location was perfect, close to airport with transport service for a nominal fee. Although it was a short trip, we look forward to visiting again soon. Thank you Seda Manila Bay!"

"Spacious, separate kitchen with complete utensils and comfortable living area with a smart TV . The service staffs were very helpful. Breakfast was amazing, you can order from the menu and buffet food selections are great too. The hotel is close to the malls were it's safe to reach by foot."
