"Overnight stay to break up a long journey to Cornwall. Great location and very pleasant surroundings. Great views over the valley. Only slight issue was our room had a double bed in whereas most nowadays have at least two singles pushed together which are a bit bigger but for what it was , I would recommend this hotel."

"Stayed at the hotel for a friend's wedding locally. The hotel is a country hotel and is in Tewkesbury so is well located but do remember if you don't have a car, getting about is a bit harder. Hotel is nice, has a decent gym, pool and sauna. Service is good at the hotel and staff are friendly. You can walk into Tewkesbury, it takes a little while but that should be expected. Overall a nice country hotel which I would happily stay at again. The golf course also looks great and is clearly popular....

"Quirky, quiet place to stay between the river and the canal. Lovely, comfy room and quiet. The restaurant is open Weds onwards. There is a Toby Carvery a few minutes down the road but not dog friendly. Gloucester centre about 10 mins drive away. Good stop on the way to Wales."
