"Great location, very near the train station and subway. The hotel itself was a bit hard to find at first but once we got there and made a note of the location, it was easy to access. Room itself was very spacious and clean. Beds were very comfy and the restaurant food was good for dinner. Reception wasn’t super helpful with questions but that could have been a language issue. Overall we had a great stay."

"Staff at reception was extremely friendly. I arrived 2 hours prior to check in and they assured me they would find my a room to check into right away. They knew that I had stayed st a sister hotel in Florence and that I enjoyed it. The room was great- bed super comfortable, coffee and tea in the room, bathroom pristine. Great location, 2 minutes from Milano centrale station. I love C -Hotels and will seek them out when I return to Rome, Milan or Florence. "
