"When I first arrived the gentleman behind the front desk was very cold. No hello. No welcome. Took my passport, handed it to a woman and put my key on the counter. Maybe he was having a bad day. The woman was very friendly and welcoming as was the entire staff all around the hotel. I tried to take a nap before dinner as I was not feeling well and even with turning the heat on high I was shivering. Freezing cold. We liked our current stay very much, although we were a little disappointed with the request to order a taxi for our early departure to the airport. We asked for a taxi but not a limousine service which was three times more expensive than the regular cab. There was nothing we could do at 4 o'clock in the morning, but take it!!!"
