"It was a fairly nice but slightly dated property. The beach staff and front desk staff were kind and helpful. There was mold on the ceiling in our room. It did cause my allergies to act up by the last night. Also wish there were activities on the property other than a casino for those who don't gamble."

"I like the cleanliness of the unit and the building. The beach access is great. The con’s you have to pay beach chair and umbrella rentals every day, pool under construction, there’s only a small deli type restaurant in the building. Overall the stay in the unit was good! Ac, fridge, mini kitchen, microwave , tv with great tv service and, washer and dryer machine (available for a fee) The host answered timely and he had the courtesy to send us recommendations to visit and a phone call to confirm...

"The location was near shopping, eateries and the beach. There is direct access to the beach and laundry on the premises. Easy check in and reserved parking in a secure parking garage. There is a gym and concierge service as needed."

"Property is beautiful , the apartment exceeded our expectation. Beautifully decorated , clean , and comfortable. However , the only downfall is the neighborhood wasn’t really safe and it was quite run down . "

"It was three of us in a room. Air-conditioner seemed to not stay the same temperature during the night, and parking sucked, and shower floor wasnt leveled so water kept running out. Otherwise, clean room, excellent location, lots of options to eat, owner was very clear and helpful. Will definitely stay there again."

"Beautiful property that is very clean and well kept. The closeness to a really good beach at Ocean Park huge plus. The neighborhood is rough. It is obviously moving in the right direction, but if you are not used to a city living it might seem unsafe. I never felt unsafe, but I am from Chicago and used to this type of neighborhood."

"We enjoyed every bit of our stay at Margaritaville. The onsite food options were really good. Having both options to go to the pool or beach was great. A very quiet peaceful area."

"We loved everything about the property. Make sure you have a 4 wheel drive or good SUV to navigate the road to the property. But once you are there, you will be enchanted with the amazing property, the views, the pool and all of the magical forest sounds around you. Bring all your food and drinks and enjoy this amazing property. I wasn't able to add pictures to this review for some reason but you will be amazed at the interiors and views. "

"Wow, what a view! The apartment is on the 15th floor and there are 4 elevators. It was an easy check-in process. The unit is tastefully decorated and the bed and furniture very comfortable. There are 4 padded chairs and a table on the balcony overlooking the beach; we spent a lot of time there! There is easy access to the beach. We never used the pool but it looked nice. The kitchen is fully equipped (dishes are in the closet; not the cabinets). Plenty of towels are provided, including 4 beach...
