The place is very spacious by U.K. standards and the fixtures are pretty high end by the U.S. standard. A two bedroom apartment for the price of a small hotel room. Incredible value! "This was a very nice hotel for a short stay. It is just a few minutes from the station, and the centre of Perth is no more than a 10 minute walk. The shower room was new and worked well - good water pressure - and the room although a bit small, was entirely adequate for our needs. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. We would stay again when next in Perth."

"We had a lovely stay at The Bank. Room was at the back with a cracking view and was nice and quiet. Breakfast was amazing too, I had smoked haddock both days. Only gave 3 stars for condition as bathroom door handle was loose, shower head was loose and fell down in the holder and there was only one hand towel. Long haired folks need a separate towel for their hair. Apart from this the room was spotless. Tea, coffee and water provided, will definitely stay again."
