"The rooms were far nicer than expected for the price. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and the breakfast was a good selection and tasty food. Would definitely use this accommodation if visiting Dundee again."

"Breakfast staff were excellent with four legged friend. Food was very good, our dog looked forward to her sausages in the morning. Toilet in room 319 was making a noise throughout the night. Overall very enjoyable stay, All staff very friendly and genuine."

"Staff at this hotel are excellent. We checked into our room to find the bed messy/slept in & towels on the floor of the bathroom. Clearly the room wasn’t ready for us! We were moved to another room which was ok but needed some attention! Bathroom mirror was filthy, floor dirty but we did have a clean, freshly made bed! "

"The room was a little bit Smokey but other than that it was quiet and we were at the end of the hall but there was a big party for a football team while we were there that took up most of the hotel. I'm sure it's awesome when there's not a bunch of football fans there."
