"We had a lovely stay at this property. There is great parking just outside. We were welcomed warmly and walked to our room. We arrived quite late but were advised we could still have dinner and were given some time to settle in and get back to the dining room. The service throughout the meal was lovely and friendly. "place in middle of Loire valley; rural area with bugs and greenheads but incredible views, history, architecture, chateaus and so on; all hotel stuff was extremely friendly and nice; very good breakfast; well renovated; we enjoyed every minute there, pool, hamam; didn't have time for spa though... we will come back for sure"

"This is not a 4 star hotel by any stretch of the imagination. They have no coffee in the room, no laundry service. We had to check in through the restaurant since there is never anyone at the reception. At check out, we had to leave early (6am) and there was no one there again, he asked us to wait till 8 am even when we told him we had a flight. We were never even informed that reception is not available 24x7 which is the norm at 4 star hotels. Not a pleasant stay."

"Frédéric and Virginie were perfect hosts in their beautifully renovated and decorated castle. We could experience Sologne and the Loire Valley Castles in the best way, thanks to their advice and the perfect location close to many points of interest.
