Prior to our arrival, we mentioned that it was our daughter’s 10th birthday. To our delight, they surprised her with a beautifully crafted chocolate dessert and a charming stuffed animal, creating a magical moment that touched our hearts. This thoughtful gesture perfectly encapsulated the extraordinary level of care and attention to detail that defines Fleur de Loire. The culinary experience was nothing short of exceptional. Chef Christophe Hay is a true artist, and every meal was a celebration of flavor and quality. From breakfast to lunch, dinner, and the divine patisserie creations, we were consistently in awe of the impeccable execution and extraordinary flavors. "Friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast, comfortable beds, well maintained property, but it is not elevator, so for my 86 years old mom was very difficult the access to the room. Just a few parking options available around the hotel."

"Every staff member was friendly, welcoming, and eager to help. Suggestions for dinner were perfect. Breakfast, 9.5 euros, was outstanding. A large buffet of fresh choices. Excellent coffee. The hotel is an easy walk to the Château, the river, shops, and dining. Nearby local restaurants were excellent and reasonably priced. We will be back. Highly recommended. "

"Stayed at this home with my wife and two older teenage kids. The house is in a great location and a short walk to lots of restaurants and 15 min walk to the Blois Gare. Right next to beautiful historic Saint Louis Cathedral and close to the great Denis Papin staircase.The N1/N2 bus (free bus) was close by and really helped to get around. The house was awesome and comfortable. Its is a walk up though (if you have trouble with stairs). The house was stocked with everything - plates, pots etc and everything needed to cook and have dinner there. We went to the amazing farmers market on Saturday and stocked up on vegetables and pasta and cooked there most nights. But excellent restaurants are very close by. The owner Gloria was quick to respond with questions and anything we needed. We had such a great time and would love to stay there again if possible. We were there researching the area because my wife’s mom grew up in Blois during WW2 and live a 20 min a walk away. We still want to explore the area, so we will be back again. Thanks for everything!"
