"Great location for getting to military base and airport as it is in between both. Restaurants food was really good and customer service was as well. Only thing we didn’t like was the $22 dollars plus taxi a night just to park. It was a strange to us."

"The park across the street is a bit sketchy, but other than that it was a very nice experience. Lovely pool, excellent staff, One elevator was broken which was a bit inconvenient. Restaurants are very good, lovely lobby, concierge is wonderful. Our first stay in San Antonio and we enjoyed it. Also, great restaurants nearby, and the River Walk is an easy stroll. all in all, very very nice."

"The hotel was struggling to keep the lobby warm with extra cold temperatures during our stay, but they found some enormous electric heaters that they plugged in 24/7 to keep it toasty for guests. Everything was kept magically clean although I never actually saw anybody cleaning! Any issue we had was very promptly taken care of, in the front desk was overly accommodating and hospitable. Very spacious, modern and comfortable stay with easy access to the Riverwalk."
