"We did two non consecutive nights (Sunday and the following Friday) at the Kieo Plaza Hotel as a means for getting to/from the airport (CTS), while on a ski trip. We were skiing (and staying) at Niseko village for the week. The Kieo Plaza Hotel worked out perfectly. We took the city bus from/to CTS, and combined that with a Hokkaido resort bus to get to/from Niseko. "This hotel is fantastic! It overlooks Odori Park, which was the perfect location for attending the Sapporo Snow Festival. You literally walk out the door into the festival. The lobby / cocktail area is very hip, with fabulous views of the park and tower. Rooms were on the smaller side, but well appointed. Beautiful breakfast buffet. Highly recommend this hotel if you are headed to Sapporo! "

"Really superb location, right across the Sapporo Station. Room was small but clean. Breakfast was buffet style with a variety of choices, though the breakfast hall was really crowded during peak hour. Overall a great hotel."

"The property is Centrally located to City Center and the train station. This was especially convenient as it snowed during my arrival and there is an underground concourse that took me to the corner adjacent to the property so that my luggage was minimally exposed to elements. The breakfast buffet is excellent. The lobby was very good for lounging before or after check in. Room condition was good "

"I loved the bathhouse the most. It was the highlight of my stay. I only wish the lounge didn’t close when the spa closed as I enjoyed that space. I couldn’t find the gym but no big deal cause I wasn’t really going to use it. The room was way too hot and we were always trying to figure out a way to keep it cool as possible but it always felt too warm. It made for restless nights. The bathroom smelled bad but that’s due to the construction of the building and not much can be done about it....

"The hotel was extremely clean and quiet. The staff was amazing. The Food menu offered something for everyone both Western and Japanese preferences. The hotel is close walking distance to most shopping and tourist locations and close to all metro transportation. I would definitely stay at the Cross Hotel again!!!"

"Easy to get to from Sapporo station and Diamaru is just around the corner. Lots of eatery in the surrounding. Perfect location if you need to catch the shuttle to Rusutsu resort. Hotel is clean. "
