"I enjoyed the location of the property. There was security who stopped everyone who entered so my partner and I felt safe. The staff and service was great for the entirety of our stay. We went to our room and saw that it didn’t have a bathtub, the whole reason we booked with this property and they were quick to accommodate us. The staff was very friendly, always greeting us whenever they saw us. The breakfast was nice and they were always bringing out fresh food. The pools were well maintained....

"We did not get the rooms we paid for. The hotel was dirty. Far from everything. Limited food options. Staff were very polite and friendly but I would not recommend staying there. "

"Property is beautiful and staff is very welcoming and friendly. The spa services are amazing. The downside is the rooms and spa are hard to get to due to a broken lift. You have to walk down many flights of stairs to get to the spa and lower rooms. It is not handicap accessible at all. Additionally when we checked in our room was overbooked so they said they “ upgraded” us to a room with a better view of the jungle. However this meant we had to climb down more stairs and the room was smaller...

The pool was nice, the sun goes behind the building around midday so would suggest you enjoy the pool and sun beds in the morning and head out to the beach etc in the afternoon. "

"Comfortable large rooms with great customer service but beware that it is positioned on the side of a hill and there are stairs. If you have limited mobility not an option due to stairs and bath/shower that was difficult to get in if your on the short side. Umbrellas provided but use caution as walkways can be slippery if raining. Ample breakfast spread. I did the wood carving which was made a bit more difficult using mango wood, unable to do the cooking class as chef not available for morning....
