"Unfortunately we couldn’t stay in the room that we booked due to damage from a storm a couple months back, and were informed 2 days before that we had to stay in a different room. We still got to experience the beauty of staying in a remote bamboo house, but were a bit disappointed because it was advertised as an upgrade but was on a different property and so didnt come with the amenities like the pool, restaurant, or community experience which we were excited about.
