Staff went out of their way to ensure that both my wife and I had an absolute luxurious experience The Hotel is in a superb location right in the centre of Ubud yet it feels like you are in the middle of nature. The breakfast was excellent and the the staff at the breakfast bar were brilliant, professional, caring and extremely friendly.
