"It is nice hotel in good location. The only problem with this hotel is that you need to go down to get taxi. There are lot of steps to climb if you have to go early in the morning as the lift will be operational after 8:00 AM. The service is good, and the staff are friendly"

"The views from the property are incredible. The breakfast is great. The other meals are great. Service is great too. Only two things I did not like: ONE: There was a very low wifi signal in the room and I would not recommend the hotel to anyone who needs to work and as cell phone signals at the property are low too. TWO: The bathroom exhaust did not fundtion. So the smell remained in the bathroom for a LONG time."

"Toshali Royal a great host, everything during our stay was perfect. The rooms are spacious, food at the restaurant is fresh and taste good. I must say the staff really knows how to host their guest, all of them are courteous and helpful. "If staying at this hotel, do not get a room on the 4th floor. The restaurant is on the 5th floor and whenever someone pulls a chair out in the restaurant, the screeching sound is heard very loudly in the room. After a day long trek, I wanted to get some rest. There was a loud party in the restaurant that went till 1AM. Upon enquiring, I was told that the party host was the MD of the hotel and they cannot be told to stop after a reasonable time. The rooms are NOT sound proof. So I could not get...

"Excellent staff. Right from the check in till the check out, everyone was so welcoming. At the reception, restaurants, house keeping, every one was smiling. A special thanks to the travel desk for arranging our tour from Shimla-Manali-Delhi. The driver (Bunty) was very expert. He guided us very well. Very honestly.
