"Just a short walk from Kanazawa West exit.Bfast included in the room price which was great, n convenience store next door.Room was good size n well lit and clean but had only 1 mid size pillow, had to request for another. No English TV channels had to buy movies. Hotel has a laundry room which was great and offers free drinks and coffee at lobby area.Staff was friendly and helpful . I would stay there again ."

"I loved the bath facility at the top of the building and also the special soaking tub in my room. they have a policy of only giving one key and my daughter was staying on a different floor and we couldn't visit each other because of this policy. I understand it was for security, but they could have made an exception."

"The ANA Crowne Plaza was a great place to stay! Staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Great view from our room, and although the property is a but dated, it is meticulously and lovingly maintained. Our room had a full bathtub and some great free amenities to relax… bath salts, eye masks, and teas replenished daily. Highly recommended. Right y the train station and so many shops and restaurants! "
