"Wonderful 2 night stay. Service and staff were excellent and the rooms huge and very comfortable. An extra wow factor was the massive Xmas tree in the foyer in December. Ate in both the bar and fine dining restaurant Danú, with the only niggle being no cheese board. As someone who doesn't have a sweet tooth, I believe that cheese (particularly with Ireland's superb selection) should be part of a fine dining experience. "

"I was in town for my citizenship ceremony and spent the night before. The staff were completely lovely and only enhanced the experience of staying there. The room was actually bigger than my apartment in Dublin (which will surprise noone living through this housing crisis...) and was clean, stylish, and cosy. The bed was the most lush bed I have ever slept on in my entire life. The bathtub was also very nice for a soak. I'd give Dromhall more stars if I could. I regret not catching staff names,...

"This property was perfect! We were a group of 5, so we utilized the apart hotel. It was spacious and clean, allowed us to have communal space and private sleeping. Dining at the restaurant was fantastic. Jason was our server and he was amazing. Food was great, only a short 10 min walk to the Muckross Abbey and a breath taking lake. Hotel views bolstered mountains in the morning. Wonderful staff, we did not have time to utilize the spa but it looked beautiful. "
