"The setting was beautiful. Just outside the national park. The check-in procedure was fine but we had no idea where to go. There are no signs for “The Reserve.” The apartment was pleasant but it needed a good deep cleaning. There was all kinds of stuff on the floor, long hairs in the shower floors and pube hairs on the wall of the shower. The lack of air conditioning was fine. We opened the windows and it was cool. "My husband and I are on a road trip in Ireland and stayed at this hotel. We arrived a little earlier than expected and were able to check in about a hour and a half early as our room was ready which was wonderful. The room was very clean and they tidied it up daily. The bed and pillows were very comfortable! The hotel is about a 10-15 minute walk to the town of Killarney. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant one evening and it was very good. They had a refillable water station at the entry of the hotel which was perfect. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you’re planning a stay in Killarney! "

"A charming hotel just outside Killarney. The property and staff are delightful and the breakfast options are outstanding. Location puts it very close to town, the Gap of Dunloe, and one end of the Ring of Kerry. It's also near a road that takes you to the Dingle Peninsula. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in the area."
