Walkable to MBK mall, Siam Paragon Mall, Central World etc. Super close to Skytrain where you can take the skytrain to anywhere you want. Eg. Terminal 21 Mall, Phayathai Station can lead you to airport rail link to Suvarnabhumi airport. Service staff is very friendly and helpful. Value for money international breakfast buffet. "The rate I got was very high compared to my colleagues and without breakfast so I can only comment on the room and facilities. The gym is basic, so free weights, weight machines, treadmill, bike, cross trainer. Didn’t try the pool but it’s on the small side. Room was nice but the air con needs to keep it cool but it’s quite noisy! Not a bad view on the high floors. "

"When we got there the front entrance very welcoming but only stairs and a steep ramp with no railings. When we checked in we were upgraded to a 1 bedroom suite but the shower is a high tub with no grab handle for a disabled person can grab on too. We asked if there was a walk in shower and front desk lady said all the rooms in the hotel are the same. The next day we asked a lady in a black suit which could be the manager she said they have a handicapp room in the A tower but not till the next...
