"The property is dated, however it is cleaned and staffed by a friendly team. The location is good if you are in the Soi 11 area. The hotel is very reasonably priced. I wish the hotel pool was a little bigger and the layout for the breakfast buffet was kinda awkward. But all in all, worth the price "

"I love this hotel and was one of the first people in it the week it opened. I have been around 10 times since! The location is amazing, sheets and rooms excellent, design wonderful, staff lovely. My only recommendation to Chapter is, make a comments section on your checkin for staff to know if the client is a return customer and offer loyalty benefits to people who have stayed with you many times before.
