"The staff are wonderful, though our check in was interrupted by another group and our host left us for a while. Buffet is very good and was never too busy, and loved the view from our room! However, the hotel is very dated and rooms are large but sparsely decorated. Much like a hotel in Las Vegas. Some parts of the hotel seemed abandoned with only a couple of tailor shops and a hair salon on the bottom floor open. Wish they had an amenity shop onsite so save the walk to the 7-11. "We were upgraded! Amazing hotel and thanks to expedia we got vouchers for Thai Iced Tea or Iced coffee. Amazing staff and location is just perfect from this hotel. Terminal 21 mall is also within the hotel. Amazing restaurant and shops are conveniently located within the hotel. "

"Ravis de notre séjour en famille dans cet hôtel qui est vraiment très beau, parfaitement situés et dont tout le personnel est adorable, spécifiquement avec les enfants. Les chambres sont un peu vieillissantes mais ça n’enlève rien au charme du séjour.
