"Customer service especially in the food are. (Breakfast morning). Cleanliness although there are days that there was no service room attendant. I didn’t like there’s one day, I had been waiting in customer service but they are not paying attention to the Guest. Until one down attendant noticed me and assisted me to the other side of the service desk (concierge) to help me out. But overall, it’s still a great Hotel where I can see myself to stay in the near future."

Staff was very responsive to my husband's medical needs and ensured he was immediately treated by professionals. The location was perfect, close to airport with transport service for a nominal fee.
