"Everything about our stay has been perfect. Quentin was helpful and responsive in our initial discussions. He and his housekeeper were exceptionally courteous when we asked to check in early. The apartment is in an ideal location. It was clean and well appointed with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. I will be travelling to Manila on business in the future and this will absolutely be the place I will stay. Thank you Quentin."

"We had a function to attend at Imus, Cavite and we found this place that could accommodate all 11 of us, ranging from a 1yr old baby, 2 kids, 4 Adults and 4 Senior Citizens. The Property Manager (Anthony Rose) was very easy to communicate with and answered all our questions in timely manner. "Love the high floor location and the view is priceless! We had the best fireworks show view facing Rockwell and the entire manila sky lit up with tons of amazing firework to see. However, the unit can use some TLC. It’s not well maintained. They have old AC units that should’ve been replaced/removed. Also, we didn't get any instructions during check in so we didn’t have wifi for the first day. The lobby doesn’t let you use their wifi. Apparently, you have to be a gold member to use their wifi....

"This property is a scam and should be removed. I booked it and got debited right away. When we got to the unit I called the host so many times and never responded. We had to find another place to rest and spend more money. This listing should be removed and we should get our money back."
