"I would recommend this hotel for the price but there are some flaws. It is very dated and does not look fresh. The rooms are better than the lobby. My check in was not the smoothest but not why I would give this hotel bad marks. My disappointment lies completely with the bad service, information and horrible attitude I got from the concierge. I don't know his name but he was completely incompetent, did not know the city at all and even gave me wrong information. He did not even kn ow the museums...

The location is excellent, right by local transport, the beautiful Antwerp Central Station, and within easy reach of shops and restaurants. "Moved out of Belgium after 7 years so stayed at Pulman as convenient for the eurostar. Didn't bother with breakfast as had early start. The hotel doesn't allow early checkins but kept our bags until 3pm checkin time. We stayed in room 305 with a bath. Would certainly recommend the hotel, obviously be careful around midi station, its rough. Saying that we used a bar opposite and walked back and forward to central via Rue Stalingrad, with no issues"
