"The staff make for a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left staff were attentive. We enjoyed an in room with indoor onsen for two nights. The restaurant meal offerings are authentic Japanese and wonderfully presented. One of the highlights of our two week trip to Japan. We took the bus to the local castle and art museum. "Loved our stay here. We were a family of four, all adults. Very quiet and tranquil. Staff was exceptionally helpful. Their english is limited but we used Google Translate to communicate. We had a lovely time here and would definitely come back."
