"We had an amazing experience at this hotel! Excellent location, close to the subway with lots of places to eat, shop and sightseeing. Staff was friendly and professional. The room was spotless and made us feel very safe during the pandemic. It was a pity that the executive lounge was closed as I heard it has a great view, but the service and happy hour was provided at the lobby bar. "Beautiful property and amazing hospitality. We were only here for 2 nights but felt right at home. Frankie took care of everything even before we arrived to Zhangjiajie and arranged for our entire trip from start to finish, including daily transport in and out of the park, and our wonderful dinner one of the nights. We even sang karaoke on our last night. Its a lot of fun! I highly recommend if anyone is considering. The west entrance is also quiet and away from the crowds for a quiet retreat."
