"Charming old world ambience, with modern western style bathroom. The only problem was lack of air conditioning. The staff was excellent, fair english, lots of attention. The hotel driver to and from airport was outstanding. Staffs suggestion for dinner was excellent. They helped contact the tour guide who was late to arrive. View of the river was perfect "

"The hotel is beautiful, clean, and has a pleasant scent. We booked the 1 bedroom executive and the room was very grand in size and impressive. The river and city view was spectacular. The bed & bedding was very comfortable to relax and sleep in. We had an issue with the laundry machine in our room and the staff were very quick to service us immediately and resolve the problem. Darcy went above and beyond for us and we are grateful for her. I would definitely recommend this hotel for the clean rooms and exceptional staff. The breakfast buffet offered Asian and western foods and was very delicious. "

"We stayed here for four nights and the experience was amazing! It’s tucked away on a quiet little side street but it is in an area that is walkable for experiencing local authentic cuisine. There is a park and fitness center directly across from the hotel and it is easy to get local didis or taxis to take you around town. The metro is also close by and easily walkable. The room was very clean and spacious as well. All of the desk staff and door attendants were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay there again. "
