"Las instalaciones del hotel está en buenas condiciones, sin embargo durante nuestra estancia falló el elevador y tuve que tomar las escaleras hasta el 4to piso. Lo complicado fue que estaba lesionada de la pierna y fue difícil subir y bajar y no había otra alternativa para hacerlo."

"no respetan las reservaciones, fue muy desagradable llegar con la familia con niños y recibir la noticia que no nos darian habitacion aun cuando ya estaban pagadas, pues ya estaban todas ocupadas, nos tuvieron por mas de dos horas esperando y finalmente a las 00:30hrs nos dijeron que no podian hacer nada, que mal servicio,esto fue un fraude."
